We bought a house from Mr. Schmidt. We were very satisfied from the very beginning. Mr. Schmidt was always available, patient, and very helpful; he even found time for a second viewing on the weekend. I can only recommend and praise him.

I rarely give reviews. However, I would like to say a few words here. When you decide to buy an apartment from a developer, you're usually unsure whether it's the right decision. At least, that's how it was for me. Very few development companies have consistently positive and reliable customer reviews. You don't know in advance what you're getting into. I bought an apartment from Schmidt-Wohnbau GmbH last year. At the time I signed the purchase agreement, the apartment or apartment building didn't exist yet. Construction had started shortly thereafter. Up to that point, I had only seen a floor plan and a model apartment. During the entire process, Mr. Karl Schmidt was (and still is) my only contact person. I find this very pleasant and positive. I didn't have to deal with changing administrators or even a call center/customer service, as is common with larger developers, where you're just a "customer number." Mr. Schmidt was available at all times, especially on weekends and late at night. He usually responded to my WhatsApp messages in less than 10 minutes. On-site appointments were reliably kept. The apartment was built according to my specifications. Mr. Schmidt revised the floor plan several times according to my wishes and continually adapted it (even after the notarized purchase agreement was signed). Mr. Schmidt volunteered suggestions on how things could be designed (e.g., how high the wall tiles in the bathroom could be placed or which skirting board would look good). I found this very helpful, as I had little knowledge of construction. I appreciated the individual advice here. Special requests were always possible and were implemented. For example, the original plan was to connect washing machines in a designated room in the basement. However, I wanted to have my washing machine in the apartment, so I received a connection for it in the apartment. I was rarely on site during the construction phase because I'm very busy with work and didn't have the tim

Mr. Schmidt provided invaluable support and guidance during the sale of our house. He was always readily available, even outside of regular business hours, answering our questions promptly, competently, and courteously. We never felt like we were bothering him. We are already looking forward to our new apartment, which Mr. Schmidt is building.
